Need a simple header making :)

I need a simple header making for PrivacyReport.net (Header) not a logo. I need it Web 2.0 style with a sky blue bg with a picture of some clouds.

I want the logo on the header to say: PrivacyReport.net and then a slogan in smaller text "Together we can make the internet a safer place"

Im strapped for money at the moment, so im offering a 8 month placement on my 20,000 UV a day football news website, as featured on newsnow.co.uk and various other site's. The winner will also get $25 when i have some cash on tuesday in my paypal account and the winner will also get some positive rep
