Hello, this is my fist post. I am about to start a blog and would like to know which software allows the best (better?) placement of Adsense ads. GoDaddy offers 'Quick Blog' is that something I should consider? Or would I be better off going with Wordpress or Typepad? I posted this in the placement forum because I don't want to choose a program that will not allow me to maximize any potential my blog may have, Moderators, if this is not the place please delete or move. I preffer WordPress. It all depends if you have your own hosting, then install Wordpress. Blogspot is also very popular and adaptable, if you haven't got your own hosting.
Exactly, I couldn't have said it better myself. Although Blogspot is a good free service, if you are serious about your blog, it's honestly worth getting your own domain name. The small investment will pay off in the long run

i've tested many blogs and have deceided that wordpress is the best to use. just depends on what your looking for
Just installed wordpress. Kind of a pain because of some server configurations. There's a lot of goodies though, lots to learn.

wordpress is the best blogging tool out there you will have to install a plugin to show adsense could though.
