Is DP being left to die?

i doubt DP will die.
a big forum like this that has been running for around 10 years won't die without a fight.

 

This is some scary news. I love this forum. I think it is the best one out there. I learn so much in here I hope it stays around for a long time. Great forums are hard to find.

You just need to wait this place is huge and it take times to fix up even small problems.

 

don't spread false rumours that dp has been banned from adsense.i can still see the adsense ads on top right side.i am normal publisher and once upon a time i did a small mistake unknowingly .they left me with warning.my adsense account is still there.dp makes more than $10,000 from adsense alone per month.with out warning they don't ban such a huge publisher.even if they get banned then they no need to worry because they got huge traffic,they can replace adsense peanuts with other advertising which can give them more revenue than adsense.

I constantly read how members write "Shawn is busy"... Do they actually know this? Busy with what?

Its NOT Dieing.. It can not DIE.. but Other Forums might lead DP because of DB & NO Upgrade Issue.. People still love DP and love to post at forums.

DP won't die.

And, I doubt they are banned from AdSense. It will be a glitch due to the downtime recently (Google banned DP before when it went offline)

And he still has the most posts around here.

 

DP doesn't even need to advertise these days. If bloggers aren't writing about how great it is, they're whinging about something or other and this generates interest, links and big traffic. This is why it continues to grow on its own.

Still not quite as big as SitePoint, but I would rather choose DP over any of the other IM forum.

 

I doubt DP will die anytime soon and adsense is not the only way to earn.

The problems like pop up of PMs even after reading.
Database errors.
Login errors
showing thread unread even after giving them a read, really are the irritating problems.
Now, the adsense. I think now DP will start charging from members for BST or tradings?
