    Ok so name is good but the extension .co.in will reduce its value for sure

    Would say mid xx$ or high

    Try getting it developed lol ;)

    It can workout for you as a website for real estate where you can put subdomains for builders in India like DLF.Developed.co.in Now here you can ask them for advertising on your site for their developed project and available for sale but this will need good traffic and marketing of this site online. This is same what others real estate portals are doing in India

    In this domain market I'd say low $xx undeveloped
