    Last time i checked it was 30 days. Anyway, the point is, these people have paid for yearly accounts. If they still are able to open a dispute they should! Otherwise if the host does a runner, you won't get a refund.

    Open a support ticket for a refund. Wait 3 days, if you get your refund, great ! If your not so lucky you should put in a dispute straight away.

    Then you can investigate into companies and see which ones are the best to buy from.

    People opening mass amounts of tickets will not receive a refund. We have some users opening 10-20 tickets every day for refunds. They have been banned. Also anyone opening up paypal dispute is breaking our tos and will not be refunded. If you open up a dispute as a tangible item your paypal account will be disabled. Someone did that and paypal disabled their account.

    @Ultralite our usa server is perfectly fine. It was just our NL Server, so we have stopped selling hosting in the NL for now. We have refunded half the customers. The rest never opened up a support ticket or is abusing the support system & spamming my email box. I am waiting for a transfer of money from my bank account to my paypal account so I can refund some waiting customers who opened up a support ticket & didnt break the TOS

    How is it that initiating a PayPal dispute in pursue of a refund breaking of your Terms of Service? It sounds really unreasonable. Besides, you don't even have a link to your Terms of Service from your website so your TOS is really much voided without giving your clients the opportunity to accept or reject the TOS.

    Don't talk rubbish mate ;) If everyone opens a dispute, yes they will disable your account. However, everyone will get their money back!

    Simple as. And people would be sending you 10's of emails partly because you never respond to any of them.
