@binh: Correct to rewrite tool doesn't function proper. You need some php skill to get it work. I am not going to invest in that anymore. The tool only is not that interested as you can buy a couple of those here on DP and load them in the site. the Domain, content, concept and SEO is the succes. not the tool only. Please provide me with a google e-mail account and the list of site you like to spy on. I add you to my analytics account for non sold sites.

BTW: I tried to make a mix between domain value, ad income, content investment and SEO costs + forecast prediction. Futhermore I receive questions about ad incomes and I notice people didn't always understand all figures are stated in EURO's / €. (for 1 euro you currently get a 55 day average of 1,37 dollar - live 1,4)

As these sites have taken a big part of my free time the last couple of years and the ad/affiliate income is still a nice add-on above my monthly salary I am not selling it for any price!

I am out with my kids and girl to a goat/sheep farm this afternoon but sure will be online after 20:00 CET

Apparently you assumed that I don't have good enough offer. That's fine. A bid is only a bid. And until the listing end who knows who is bidding higher than whom? Regarding CC fee, my Paypal is not primary funded by credit card so there is no CC fee.

There is no point to argue anyway because you are the seller you have the right to choose the buyers.

So, may I take the right as a buyer, and retract my bid on your other website. No, not because I don't have $250 to pay for it, it's because the heart doesn't go a long.

I saw all your sites are great, and I can see through you are very successful. Much more successful than me and much better than other guys here on DP. However, the way you treated my bid just isn't right. What isn't right? If I got beaten by a higher bid, I happy accept my defeat. Until now I still didn't offer my highest, and I and others still don't know how much that guy paid you. It's the uncertainty that make me unhappy.

What even sadder is your list of 20 websites mixed up in this thread caused me to spend a lot of time to analyze everything professionally. That cost me a few days and I was very tired of doing it. But finally when I give out initial bid only to find out my bid is not even listed.

I am a person with very moody feeling. So if you can't respect the auction format, I will go somewhere else or do something else.

I am very straight and I'm sorry in advance if my words hurt. After all, I know it all along you will sell those sites and you will sell for good amount.
