[WTS] Playstation 3 slim website 3rd in google

I am taking offers on my "Playstation 3 slim" website. Currently getting about 100 uniques a day, and growing, Rank 3rd-5th result in Google.

Searches per month for Playstation 3 slim = 4400 monthly average and is growing as more news breaks, this site will only grow stronger and gain more traffic and sales, i have even set up an amazon store for future sales.

Regretful sale, but i need to fund a few scripts & hosting for some of my other sites.

You are crazy selling this, i don't think you know how lucky your are to own this domain name, you will have #1 spot in google in a few weeks with minimal link work.

Just my opinion but personally i think your sitting on a gold mind!! affiliate sales you will get 5% or so per sale you the new sony's are going to sell for around $500(USD) you will be able to retire just from this site alone. If i hadn't just purchased a $5k+ site from sitepoint i would have taken this of your hands for sure.

Website.broker, Thanks for your comments, you got me thinking, maybe this is worthy of placing on sitepoint, i did mention it was a regretful sale, but i do new to fund some other projects, so will have to maybe put them on hold if i don't get a higher bid.

I wonder how much you'll make when Sony sues you for copyright/trademark infringement?

 

Sony are fully aware of the website, as i emailed them and asked for information and they provided a statement for me. At the end of the day it is promoting one of their upcoming products. I have stated on the main page of they website that my site is no way affiliated with "SONY" or the"PLAYSTATION" brand.

So many people like you comment on threads and posts about copyright infringements, when totally unnecessary. I would not have started the site without finding out my rights, Sony are big enough without needing to worry about a blog, they post their new product on their main site 2 days later in will be all over the news, papers, websites... you think companies worry about blogs ?

I'll put it in witting that a full refund will be returned if this is any form of infringement.

Saying that you're not affiliated with them doesn't change the fact that it's trademark infringement. Everything you listed is a common misconception. Why don't you ask a lawyer and they will tell you the same thing.

Unless you have the express written consent of Sony they can sue you. Trust me I've received my fair share of cease and desists in the past for things that aren't nearly as blatant as using their trademarks in the domain name. Not to mention if you try profiting from them or their products you will be in boat load of trouble.

And yes it is totally necessary to inform buyers of bad purchases and when they are being misinformed.

 

Does anyone else find it odd that "website.broker" only comments on zinghana's BST threads and he always comments really positively?
