WTB Offshore Hosting using Alertpay

    I am looking for NL Offshore hosting that allows warez linking, legal pron, possibly rapidleech ect.


    I can only pay with Alertpay.

    Budget $10 or so a month depending on service.

    I think 1-5 gig with 100 gig transfer would do for now. I do not plan to actually host many files but to link them elsewhere.
