No, you can't. Read the freakin terms of service. http://www.cj.com/psa.html 1. Participation in Programs. (ii) Non-Bona Fide Transactions. You must promote Advertisers such that You do not mislead the Visitor, and such that the Links deliver bona fide Transactions by the Visitor to Advertiser from the Link. You shall not cause any Transactions to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, using any device, program, robot, Iframes, or hidden frames. You may or may not be compensated for Transactions where You or Your agent are the Visitor. Multiple Leads from the same individual, entity or IP address may be considered non-bona fide Transactions. You shall not earn Payouts for non-bona fide Transactions.
No, that's not correct. iFraming any CJ link is seen as a "forced click" - i.e. setting a cookie on a user's machine without their consent. You cannot do any forced clicks.
so i cannot use a 100%x100% iframe for commission junction, but most other aff networks it is fine????? is this how it is??
CJ doesn't like referrer cloaking (via framing, iframing, etc...). Contact someone at CJ for approval first if you're going to do it - you may need to declare that as a Special/Incentive description (which will kick you out of all programs & make you reapply so that advertisers read your Special description - I'd suggest making a second account if you do that).
thanks.... just think about it too.. but after read ur post... i decide to not doing this. Btw... do u know a reason why our commission cuted about $20 - $30 before cashing out the cheque?
It's not about CJ as much as it's about the Advertiser/Affiliate. Send them a note. Tell them... this is what I need to do to make money for your company and this is how I am going to do it. And if they don't like it then don't use them. You want to make money or you want to waste your time? TOS is to prevent fraud and deception, if you are using technology in a way that benefits the advertiser, yourself, and the customer then it's not unethical. Everyone has rules, and everyone has exceptions to rules.
