I hate to inform you of this but most people with any SEO knowledge have known of this method for several years. Its a local business listing, which I personally have used for over 3 years now. In all honesty with the listings jammed in such a small area there is very little user interaction.
Ummm its not a trick at all....I think that is why some people do not understand.. It is a service that anyone can use if they have an address..... A trick is standing on your head and drinking a glass of water.....
