Email Control Script

    Hi

    I been looking for a Script that can control the amount of emails sent by the Server per Hour, Day, Week, Month.

    Have a Dedicated Server with Centos installed it does not use any Control Panel this Server is used for other Services and need to control the emails being sent out by customers since some customers tend to abuse the system need to have a better control over this situation, I would really appreciate if any one knows a good Script that can help me out, thank you guys.

    I have never used any such script but if you can install cPanel then it is very easy to set fix number for out going mails per hour.
