I've had onshore hosting for nearly two weeks now and it's not gone down once (touch wood) and it's a proxy too. Speeds are good as well, tho' I am blocking certain IP's to reduce bandwidth leechers

The problems must only be with offshore I think. Offshore hosting can be unreliable anyway in my experience, it's usually the data centres at fault, must be a real headache for getatune.

So what this scumbag hosting scammer is saying is, even though it was his fault the hosting is no longer even available, he will not only ignore all refund request, tickets and post during the outtage, expect you to wait even after paying for and not receiving hosting, that he will only refund those that sat by and did nothing? Whether someone opens a dispute or not if you didnt deliver as promised and they where within your stated 7 day money back period you should refund the money. Somebody opened dispute because you provided no information about the outtage until days later , started ignoring tickets instead of giving a time frame or promise of a refund etc.
Because of your negligence and ignorance you will be making a lot of pissed off enemies and thats no way to run a business. You refund the peoples money who asked for it due to your negligence this is easy to understand unless you are a lowlife.

I will be PMing personally anyone in your sales threads and hijacking your threads on all boards because I hate lousy irresponsible thieves like you who think they have the right to provide no service and keep the money.

How can the mods allow these low life immoral pakistani's and the like come here and rip people off. Hiding behind a digital product policy of paypal. You are gonna lose alot more business than its worth with those type of bastard policies buddy.

With offshore hosting...troubles are bound to arise at any moment...especially with the package(s) offered at very low prices.

Btw, your post has been reported to the mods for further actions. Even though you are not satisfied with the service provided, racist remarks and vulgar language will NOT solve your problems.

i have already submited a ticket, but no response till now, you should get rid of this issue dude, cuz i paid u 5$ for offshore, its just a no amount, the thing is money is not an issue esp wen its very low amount,
but you sohuld atlist give users a satisfyed reply, i also own a servers so i understand you have made a mistake by quoting a very low rates, thats what i told u in ma other post wen ur server riched 7 / 8 load, i knew sooner or latter its going to be off,
come on man just finish the issue, cuz DP has a very good reputation, n ppls really trust dp thrades, esp the newbies they believe dp is good n yeah it is, so just find the solution buddy,
1, cancle offshore like u did a, migrate users to onshower b, refund
2, next time make sure the cost b4 the quoting the price
3, always reply the users, if ur genune u not gonna hide cuz i know what u spent for the server was more then what u got from the users, so you just reply them right away, thats not ur fault what all happend

I have a problem with ONSHORE! Dns is wrong and site resolves to a wrong ip.

 

i still not heard anything only email was he got a new server which i bet is bullshit and he gunna do a runner lol but i only paid for 1mth which isnt alot anyway as im in uk

Okay here's what i have to say.

"Don't open a dispute" - You have 30 days after sales to open a dispute - SO OPEN IT!!!!!! DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

He seems to be a scammer. However, if he does claim it was the server then who know's.

Recently i did purchase a server and it sucked real bad. Though we're onto a new server and it's extremely fast!
