Premier Account Paypal and Limitation : 10 days old account

    I create my premier account around 10 days and I withdraw around 2000$. While trying to withdraw 275$, 25 min later I got a paypal email stating :




    As a security measure, we regularly screen PayPal activity. Recently, we
    noticed a problem with your account.

    We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially
    high risk.

    Case ID Number: PP-715-8XX-XXX

    We've limited access to your account temporarily. We'll review the
    limitation once you respond with the information we've requested.

    To respond and remove the limitation, go to the Resolution Center. If you'd
    like clarification on the limitation, please let us know by going to the
    Help Center and clicking Contact Us.




    I sent them the papers like PAN and Passport.




    But next moment my buyer who paid me the amt sent Me an email where paypal asked him to verify :

    Occasionally, PayPal selects customers to answer a few questions in
    regards to the quality of service they are receiving from their sellers.
    Our records indicate on 5/23/2009 you made a purchase for the amount of
    $515.00 USD, on May 27 for $210.00 USD and $300.00 USD, on May 29 for
    $132 USD and on May 30 for $141.00 USD to .
    Please help us by answering the following questions pertaining to your
    purchase experience:

    1. Was the product/item received in a timely manner after sending your
    funds through your PayPal account?

    2. Were you satisfied with the product you purchased using your PayPal
    account?

    3. If you did not receive your item, did you receive any refund from the
    seller?

    We thank you for your cooperation; please respond by email through the
    Contact Us portion of your PayPal account or by calling PayPal's
    Customer Service Department at 888-221-1161 at your earliest
    convenience.


    Still he replied back but mail bounced back Then he sent the same through contact us page.


    But my concern is

    WHY MY ACCOUNT GOT LIMITED ?

    Also, when my limitation will get lifted ?

    Paypal seems to have become little suspicious of your activity since your account has been receiving payments continuously from a single buyer and that too within just 10 days of your account opening.

    If your buyer has already confirmed the transaction to be valid and you having supplied your identity proof, I guess the account should become operative...soon enough, hopefully! :eek:

    Fax them your address proof like phone bill etc along with latest bank statement, once they receive the account will be re activated in 24hrs time if the details you sent was satisfactory...

    I sent them the Scan copy of Passport and Pan.

    Is that good enough ?

    I sent it on Monday but its STILL limited.

    if buyer doesn't reply and paypal will freeze your account and hold your fund up to 180 days...

    Is it a US Paypal? If you are a citizen of US, just call or e-mail them all the papers they ask for but If you are out side of US and opened an US paypal then you are in grave danger.

    My Accnt is from INDIA.

    I sent them Passport and PAN..

    I called them and they say all look ok and it shld get activated by thursday.

    I am waiting

    Now, I came to know that paypal sent an email to 2 of my customers..

    Out of 2 , one said I cant reply as he is busy .and another one tried but mail bounced back, then he submitted all info through contact us page.. but no update...

    No idea wht to do ..

    PP randomly select account to be checked.
    Its unfortunately that you're account is been chosen.
    If you do nothing,then you're account will be left limitation after 180 days.

    Uploaded all my docs, Called Paypal and Asked them to get up from sleep and remove my limitations and just wait and watch !!!
