The text colors blends into the background color too much. Maybe make the text a little more contrasting. I like the latest forum post on the home page, that is a nice touch. As well as the top downloads list in the right column, I like that as well. This is the first time I have seen anything built with memht - memht.com I am going to have to check that portal out, it looks pretty cool. I like how the forum is integrated into the theme. Your sites meta description is in place, which is a good thing. Overall, I like the appearance of the site. Well done.
Nice site and the header image looks great. I think you need to add some more attractive features for your site.
I think the colors are fine the way they are. If anything should be changed, change the background colors of the right and left columns on the main page. The center content blends into the columns a little bit too much.
