That blog post if pretty vague. Doesnt really tell us anything we can use. You'd think they would try to make a bigger announcement what with the new release of bing.com.
My sites are doing pretty well in Yahoo but the traffic is nothing compared to Google. It's like 1/5 or even less. Right now I see some slight changes in their SERP but I'm not sure if it's because of the new algorithm. Nothing major though...
Sure Google dominates the SE traffic percentage but Yahoo also has it shares Its pretty easy if your site has good keywords and its easier to optimize compared to Google plus why neglect free traffic. Good point there. There doesn't seem to be anything significant.
Getting your keyword in your site's url can help you to get in the SERP with that keyword both in case of YAHOO and GOOGLE.
