is there anyway you can insert a pop-up into a pdf, so when the visitor goes to the first page of the pdf, the pop up opens up (either by adding a coded function or scrip? - in php-javascript? - like awebers popup function) the popup can just be a simple small html page. can this be done? programmers might know this - can it be done ?
