1st time Paypal Withdrawl Question

I am from India and I have a personal paypal a/c { opened on 17th may 09,verified on 22nd may 09} it has around 200 $ at present in it . Before this a/c I had a premier a/c that was limited but the limitation was lifted after 5 days and I transferred the fund to this a/c with paypal agent's assistance and closed that premier a/c .
I have a question as I have attached the bank a/c to this personal a/c how much should I withdraw 1st time so that paypal don't flag me as the a/c is still not a month old or do I wait a month more to withdraw.
Question 2. If I buy Dell laptop{900 $} or hp laptop after a month from this a/c { 2 months old then }will it be safe and paypal don't limit me ?
I don't want to be limited again like my premier a/c so please give me your expert views.

You can withdraw any money from your paypal account (based on available balance). Don't worry if you haven't done anything wrong there.

    DON.

Withdrawing your balance amount immediately does not limit your account, neither does making purchase of a pc....buddy!

So just relax and carry on your transactions. Only suspicious behavior like sudden increase in large transactions will raise a red flag but if they are genuine and backed up with good documentation, you need not worry for them...either!

You can withdraw without any problem.
And if you have attached a credit card in it then you can do a trade of any amount.
    So, don't worry about limitations.

My monthly withdrawal is from €3000-€4000. Account is 4 years old and not once have I been limited.

Don't do any shady business and you'll be fine :) Always have all documentation ready!

The amount of $$ that can be withdraw is varied according to account.
As long as the transaction is legit and your $$$ income is legit then there is no way PP can limited your account.

Well most of my income comes from writing and freelancer jobs . They are geniune payments but really don't have reciepts {I had also have told their agent what I do because they asked me in case of my premier a/c} and yah I had already sorted the limitation issue on my previous a/c so I have proofs of bank statements and address that much is ok ? Right .

As you are saying that your all income comes from writing and freelancer jobs that means its genuine so no need to worry and go for withdrawal.

Just make sure that entering name, bank name, bank account number, bank's IFSC code etc. properly.

    DON.

yeah Blue[{bee}] ... no harm in withdrawing money from paypal, i too get money from some freelancing jobs to my paypal and had safely used paypal withdrawals since past 3 years with no issues at all.

You may try moneybookers.com as well, they charge less transaction fees than paypal.
