Starting a Online Business/Organization? Correct Label?

I am starting a small side project that involves selling products, and for each product sold a item is donated to a person in need, similiar to some of the current laptop programs around right now.

Basically I am not sure what would be the appropriate label for this type of business, would I be considered an organization or what exactly?

What type of legal issues would be involved in this type of business?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You need to apply for license to sell.
And in the same time, you must let your customer chose which charity organization they wanted to donate to.

My business is registered, I received my EIN yesterday.

Why exactly would I have to let the customer choose? I am not donating money, if you would have read my post I am donating a item, not money.

For example, you buy a computer, and I donate a computer to a local charity.
