I transfered about $290 to my bank account, paypal shows its "completed" but i still dont have the money in the account. I wanted to know if thats normal and how many days should it take? another question, i have my own CC attached to my paypal, so if the person who sent me $290 claims a refund [just suppport ] and since i have transfered the money to my bank account there is no balance left, so will they charge my CC to refund it or what will it happen?
Once paypal shows 'Completed' Status, it takes no more then 2-3 (working) days after that for bank deposit. If person who sent money to you claims a refund then paypal ask you to submit evidence for that transaction and if you fail to submit them then they reverse that money from your paypal account but as you said you have already withdrawn that funds then paypal put your balance in negative (-ve) and you have to make it positive. DON.
but as u might predict it, i wouldnt wanna make the -ve thing to +ve by paying for it. SO would they charge my CC in that case?
I am not sure whether they would immediately do so but it is a strong possibility that they would, if you fail to deposit the money even after a prolong time lapse. Regards, RightMan
how long does it take to remove the CC from the account, i wont do it now because i have some funds transfer in process, but if i try to remmove it on monday, when would it be removed.
Once your balance become -ve they send you several emails reminders to make it +ve but after that maybe they recover it using your attached CC (not sure about it) as never heard. DON.

Fee remains always same. If you are withdrawing less than Rs.7000 then you need to give Rs.50 as a fee each time. And it never varies. It remains same all the time. - Digital -
No they will not charge your card,they need permission to charge your card,they will just limit your account and you'll have a negative balance that you have to pay..they might sue you if you fail to pay that money but they don't have authorization to charge your card.
seems you are from india and must have withdrawn funds to ur indian bank account, i do the same usually and get my funds in my account within 3-4 business days, and with no extra charges applied.
