I never cease to be amazed. This thing has only been in effect for over a year now so I guess it's only natural for people not to know about it. Since the OP is not aware of it, I would suggest (for his own sake) that he review the TOS and Program Policies in their ENTIRETY since there are likely other things that he needs to do that he may not be aware of. Or things that he shouldn't do that he may be doing, or.....
Agree with adpubster. You need to read the Adsense program terms of service, otherwise you shouldn't be using adsense on your websites...
