On the news website this was posted, I was shocked to see how many posts supported two-children policies and the like. What's your opinion?

Whether she wants one or not, I agree, the judge overstepped his bounds. She will probably regret it in th next 10-20 years at the most, when she gets her life straitened, sits down, and meets a guy, and that guy wants a kid of his own, but can't get it from her. I think it was coercive in nature and she should have a new defense attorney. Any attorney who just lets their client be coerced like that needs to be fired.

But hey, it's only the government .

You perplex me Pizzaman. Why do you defend abortion so vehemently, yet oppose sterilisation? You'd think they'd go hand in hand?

Anyway, I'm glad you don't agree with the latter.

Why not just do what everyone else does? Use abortion as a form of birth control... seems like the liberals have it figured out for her already. :)

Sometimes, after I have been driving, going to places, dealing with utter morons... I begin to favor compulsory sterilization with intelligence benchmarks being the standard... it seems like morons have more children, and thus, expand their populations, while smarter folk have one or two, keeping their numbers relatively on par.

    meh.

That has always been true in the past. We now have new incentives in place that should be encouraging intelligent people to breed as well. Maybe it will be Obama that puts the intelligent back into the majority.
