Moneybookers supports bank withdrawals to many countries. Their fees are also quite low, you should give them a try.
M personally not a fan of Alertpay, though I know many people using it around the world. Moneybookers is another good substitute, many of people using that these days.
I think alerpay is appropriate for me cause it offers selling online facilities. I made a moneybookers account too it's great for shopping n to withdraw money from bet sites like betclick.com
