    well if this is jordan then this place seriously needs some more moderators and admins to keep an eye on the ip's etc that ppl use i mean its not hard to do a trace on an ip and see if that ip actually locates to where they say they are as jordan (sameerhosting) is in the uk

    okay i just recently bought your hosting & have not benefitted first couple of days i had issues viewing site but was active so i had to go through opendns then when i get to see my site for few hours ,server goes down.

    the reason i came to your hosting was for very same reason of server down time & not only is it a little down time it's 3 days now

    so i would now like the 7 day money back guarantee

    my site has now been down for almost 2 weeks & i need my money back to get other hosting as i had spent all my funds left on your hosting

    Now that i have seen all these replies i am to going to take you up on your 7 day refund policy i mean it does not take 24 hours to send out a welcome email to aknowledge that your customer actually exists ive seen many hosts come and go but out of the numerous hosts i have had over my 3 years in the webhosting and site owning game i think you have to be only the second person that i have not even recieved a welcome email from and i have had some seriously crap hosts in that time

    i have cancelled my order with you i have left all the reasons why i have cancelled and i have sent yet another support ticket requesting refund and surprise surprise still no emails from your company sorry but thats not a way to enthuse your customers by not even aknowledging they exist in your database

    UPDATE: TRYING TO FIX. WE ORDERED A NEW SERVER JUST TO PUT YOU GUYS ON TEMPORARILY. OUR DATA CENTER GOT A REPORT THAT SOMEONE UPLOADED CHILD PORN ON THE SERVER (its illegal, i said to several people) AND OUR DATA CENTER HAS A NO TOLERANCE POLICY ON IT. ONCE THEY REPLY TO ME & THEY ENABLE THE SERVER WE WILL BAN WHO EVER WAS THAT PERSON. SORRY FOR THIS INTERRUPTION OF OUR SERVICES. ONCE THE SERVER GETS BACK ANYONE WHO HAS A CURRENT PAYING ACCOUNT WILL GET 14 DAYS(only if they are hosted on our netherland server). OUR USA SERVER IS WORKING STILL

    I can't wait for the server fix.I already lost my 3 days.
    I move my hosting from lowhost.org to your NL hosting.But nothing works becoz of server down,so I submitted a ticket for refund.
    Lets see how many days it take to refund....
