I've been using adultfriendfinder/passion for over a year and they've hit a new low over the last month. 1st they cut our payouts nearly in half in March, now conversions are nearly non-existent. We had always done a pretty consistent 1:10-1:30 paid member per free members. This last period we sent 256 free members with 2 paid members! That's a 1:128 ratio!! I don't know about you guys but I think these jack asses are screwing their affiliates. I can't even afford to keep my server up for these types of conversions, it's a huge wast of traffic. The only problem is where else can you go? None of the other similar affiliate programs pay worth a crap either.
I used to promote adult programs too, and that was one of the problems I frequently encountered ("the skim"). It's a shame, but maybe you should switch to another product? You should checkout cozyfrog.com and the other adult webmaster forums. Good luck!
AFF shaves like hell. The only reason why I promoted them before was because of the $130 per order payout. Now I don't even think it's worth it anymore. If I were you, I'd send my traffic elsewhere. Try things like AmateurMatch. I'm getting like $4 per free user and converts like crazy.
That's terrible conversion. I promoted them earlier - few years ago, and still have some recurring sales from members. So the member value is pretty high for me. However, I am not sure how they are converting at the moment. Try contacting them and explain them situation and bad conversion.
Most likely due to all the shady people that have been promoting AFF for so long, the market is becoming saturated, and any potential legitimate signups are turned off by the constant shady BS that pushes them towards AFF that they think it's a scam and won't go near it. That's my personal experience.
I guess because AFF been around for so long!! Everyone knows the site or may be already a free member of one of the site so the conversion just getting lower lower!! Try some other program mate, there are lots of good program out their. you can find some in gfy.com
