Is Chitika paying?

I just wanted to know if i'm putting lots of effort in promoting my chitika affilate code, i would get paid or it is just time pass. Anybody get paid so far from chitika?.

i join chitika but never put their ads in my site. I receive email from them, asking me to put their ads in my site. They give me bonus until $9 and it's seem only need $1 more to redeem. Until now i not put their ads in my site since their average click rates too low compare with another site.
