Quickest way would be to look for hot trend topics and write a keyword rich title and a thorough article on it along with affiliate links to the products. When someone searches for this new service/product/event they will come across your article along with your affiliate links. Keep in mind you have to be extremely fast to pull this off...registering a domain, or creating one on a free platform. Example: If an earthquake strikes California you can register the name of the place with earthquake after it ExampleEarthquake. Then write about it and post up the imagees/videos others have entered on youtube or flickr, or photobucket. It's a sick way to make money capitalizing on recent tragic events but that is probably the best approach to fast money on the internet....then again everyone and their mom (including CNN) is all over new events so the window of opportunity is even smaller.

That is if you have a good site that interest people. This might work but beware of scammers. It is very unlikely to get paid upfront unless if you have established a relationship with your clients.
Article writers tend to get paid quite well for the amount of work involved, i used to do it myself and only had to write brief descriptions of things which took me minutes, i was recieving $5 a 200 - 300 word article. Have a look at amazon mechanical turk a service which puts writers in touch with those seeking content.
