A is better. the logo color in B it seems identical with the background, make it less readable.
You can try to create a better one, I think adding a rounded rectangle as your background logo is good. but the color should be contrast with the text logo.

 

I like A.

Not sure if you need a brand new logo. I think it should be 2 to 4 times bigger after looking at your page.

Another would be fine. If you changed, maybe a logo that gives off a sense of motion too.

But A is fine with me.

Logo A is definitely looks better

 

(A) because it stands out more..B has a blue on blue thing going on which takes away from the name

 

A is better and stand out more. my another suggestion your website is hard to read.
