I am looking for advertisers that pay per lead. Whether it is an opt-in email, phone number, first or last name, etc. Just basic information. And I am looking for companies that will pay per every lead I bring to them.

While I know things like this exist out there, just not sure what the best ones are. Also can these come from the same IP pending these are different leads that I am sure the advertiser will verify as legitamate?

Honnestly dude, stay away from PWP unless you are CERTAIN you can convert a high ticket sale item.

The offer will (well should) pay around $50-60 a conversion though and if you have the traffic to make those sales, then go for it.

But Neverblue, Clixgalore, dgm and similar sites should have that offer, and you should be able to find PWP offer through one of them.

Well, all I can tell you about PWP is that I've gotten two checks. I started at $2.50 per lead and now I'm at $3.00 per lead.

And, unless I'm missing something, (and I might be) it is not a high ticket item. PWP sends the promotional material for shipping of around $10.

Anyway, to the best of my knowledge, I make the $3 on the name and email signup. And that's not hard to do.
