does text link ads actually pay?

    i signed up for text-link-ads.com yesterday
    they didn't even ask my site for review

    do they actually pay
    can i move on with them

    any if they pay is it difficult to accumulate $25
    and what is the average cost per click
    pls help

    I thought he was referring to the text link ads that Adsense offers but apparently not. Just another person who checked the box next to:

    I believe AdSense is the BEST section for this topic

    before posting without really reading or comprehending its meaning. Much like many people do when they sign up for Adsense in the first place and check the box about reading and agreeing to the TOS.
