I've over 180 Days Limited Paypal Account, How Can i Withdraw?

    My Papal account was limited for 6 months now i can withdraw my money.

    To withdraw my money i need a US or CA Bank account but i don't have it.

    Can any one help me to get my money out from PayPal?

    You can verify your Pay Pal account with a Pre-Paid MC/Visa like Green Dot, or apply for a Pay Pal Debit card that can be used at ATM's.
    It's best to use a solution that is solely yours and not given or sold to you by a 3rd party so that you don't have any future problems, after all you are dealing with your money, not hosting coupons.

    I am sorry to state but if you had faked your identity and identified yourself as U.S citizen, then there appears no definite solution to your problem as limited accounts have the facility to withdraw only to a bank account....and in your case, only to a US bank account. :(
