Yes, there have been some problems from the datacenter and they have taken forever to get them fixed.

Everything is now back online and working, we are very sorry this has happened to us and our clients, because we have worked so hard for this past year since we opened to build up trust for our clients and now in few days the datacenter support not being able to be professional has blown it all away.

But nevertheless we will keep moving on, we will look for another datacenter for our servers, a more reliable datacenter, with better staff and faster reactions to problems.

Our datacenter also provides a 99.9% availability guaranteed, and they failed to get that to us... making us in return to fail to provide it for our clients as well... since this downtime was out of our reach, it was absolutely nothing that we could have done to fix it ourselves...

But enough excuses from our part, they failed us and we failed our clients, it has been done, our datacenter treated us (their clients) with very low interest in solving the problem... this being said we're relocating our servers to another datacenter who cares more about their clients and their clients' businesses...

As for the "money back guarantee huh ?"... I didn't quite understand what you meant by that... we've always guaranteed and given money back within 7 days of purchase (if a client asked for it), without even asking for a reason...

 

I have been with HetrixByte now for over 4 months now and their service has been top notched. Yes, the server was down for a couple of days recently but to be honest, that was the only time it's been down in the 4 months I've been with them. And as Shagoon pointed out, it was out of his control because the datacenter failed them.

But my point is that Shagoon (HetrixByte) has provided an excellent hosting service to me all this time and I have been very pleased with his great customer service skills and the overall service of his hosting.
