I mean I've tried doing searching, but I'm trying to figure some things out on adwords tool understanding the traffic amounts. There are a lot of keywords, some people go for the ones that has the highest search volume. I'm guessing search volume is the total amount of searches per month for just that keyword. Global Monthly Search Volume So how do I figure out whats the best traffic rate I'm looking for? For a certain keyword? Whats the lowest I would possibly want to go for per month? Enough to generate me a lot of income or enough income to help me sell a simple blog.
So how do I figure out whats the best traffic rate I'm looking for? For a certain keyword? Use adwords keywoords tool and google analytics Whats the lowest I would possibly want to go for per month? No lowest, lowest can be zero and the more you get the better it is Enough to generate me a lot of income or enough income to help me sell a simple blog. Please define the "a lot of income", 100? 1000? 10000? 100000? or?
In my opinion the amount of visitor don't actually count, but the amount of sales do! Because you may get 10,000 visitors and no sales at all! But you could be getting 2000 visitors and make a very high conversion rate that keep s you with a 6 figure income from working at home. So i suggest you think of the conversion rates instead of the sales, because traffic means nothing if you don't make any MONEY!
It really depends what you want from your particular site(s). Traffic can be split into 2 categories - quality and quantity. I personally prefer quality, but know I have to generate quantity to get that.
Depends on the niche. 1,000 visits per day to a myspace website won't earn you much 1,000 visits per day to a medical or lawyer website will earn you a lot (via adsense)
In todays competition world ... more traffic you get more it will be good for your online business ... so any traffic is good ... ofcourse condition is that traffic you get should be targeted and quality traffic ... i'll say atleast 6000+ unique visitors will do for any buisness Remember ==> More traffic = More Sales
You can look at stats of CPM..most banner ads yield around .50 per CPM, so every thousand impressions your earning 50 cents. Granted that's for generic traffic but you can get the idea how many uniques you need for yourself to make a decent living.
More traffic never hurts, but I have to agree that conversion is the key. Targeting your potential clients will do that, while general taffic will help spread the word. admin usudo.com
you might want to ask yourself how much money you want to earn. then take an average conversion rate percentage of 1% and calculate how much traffic you need to achive your income goals.
