    well it is easy all i did was join ther webmaster tools and submited my sitemap.

    If you're already indexed in Live / MSN I don't think you need to do a thing. I still had my same results (on the few I checked today) as I did with Live.

    I dont know how these people are indexing but they indexed my 1 hour new site and ranked it to number 3.

    BTW you can submit using http://www.bing.com/docs/submit.aspx
