BW i have past experience in dealing with hani, as he did logos,banners and templates for me too.I don't think its fair to treat him as a scammer as we can see lot of good reviews from his customers over here - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader.php?u=145763

 

How sad, i was thinking you're a good designer you're just a professional cheater. Thanks for posting this so that other will be aware of this person.

 

30$ for a 2 page professional designed template and coded with all the modules and such is waay to low. Anyways good luck I guess.

even if u think the other way dont worry olli u can always sell ur custom designs.

I know you were trying to help and all i can say is that i am terribly sorry i didn't clear it up, but it happened so quickly that by the time i realized that you may not be working on a HTML, you had already finished, I was not able to compensate you as i had no options, all i can offer you is to promote your services and provide you with a free hosting service both of which you denied, i have no other options...lol

For Hanidesigns, I have worked with him and found very nice guy. didn't find any problem with him. So I can't say he is a cheat designer.

 

I have personally worked with Olli with a design project and even though he was efficient with his work it did not take away from the quality. He gave me exactly what I wanted and even though I was skeptical after being scammed by Mw_Web Design he allowed for me to pay after he completed the work.

My belief is that if a person puts forth a good faith and sincere effort to provide a service and there was a miscommunication on the client's part then that client should at least attempt to compensate the service provider. Look at it this way: If Olli would have provided an inferior service wouldn't you have wanted your money back if you had paid him?

I just received an email from Hani, he told me about u being his friend and that u alerted him to this thread. He went on to say that he would refund me my money, if i were to remove all the negative remarks about him, well all i can say is, if he does provide a refund, that will be the first good thing he does to clear his name and prove that this was a serious mistake...

If you are calling my offer cheap, then why did he take it in the first place ?
I sincerely trusted him and gave an advance of $25, i gave him sufficient time as well, today when i checked DP i saw him taking more offers, which made me wonder why he wasn't attending to my offer..., this is what pushed it...

I know you are absolutely correct ! I did offer him my services which was all i could offer at this stage, i couldn't offer petty cash/money as i know he wouldn't take it...

If you want Ollie, i can pay you $10 for your effort, if you do accept, please let me know, i am more than willing, i just felt embarrassed offering such a low sum of money compared to which my services are worth much more....

My best advice, try to find Filipino designers like matchstick and weblazer for sure not a cheater! 100% Positive itrader - 0% negative itrader

Hani has STILL not yet refunded me, as soon as i do receive a refund, i will inform you guys and hopefully we can clear his name... IF this was a serious bundle on his behalf, but he may still have a lot of answering to do...

EDIT:I Wish to Revoke all that i said and leave it to my Need Designer Thread only, Hani Had personal issues that Crept up it SEEMS, i only want to believe him because i know he won't try and do it again !

I had no other means of communication except DP, tht is why i started this thread, his ways of getting the job done aren't up to standard, but i do believe in giving people second chances.... He did apologize for his doings and i gladly accepted it, as he acknowledged the facts and didn't deny anything....

Over and above HE REFUNDED Me $35, $10 more than what i paid him, just to show how sorry he was....

I cannot judge people as i am NOT GOD, but i can give people a fair go, he looks like he deserved one due to a personal issue that crept up and had to be away for 2 whole weeks.


PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD ( BUYER & SELLER MUTUALLY DISCUSSED THE ISSUE )

 

Glad to see he isn't a cheater.
