The answer is very simple. YES. You just need a good website where genine visitors visit looking for some information that you provide or if you are sneaky, you promised to provide.

Yes, it's possible, but it's rare. You need to have a major site where everybody goes to. And even then, you might not make as much as you would like because adsense revenue (and your serps) can fluctuate. And don't listen to anyone who PMs you telling you they did it and would like to teach you how. They most likely just want to sell you an Ebook.
Traffic and contents are the keys to success. You can earn more than $300 when you have these both. Good luck
It's possible and not so hard to do. I'm around 100$ right now but I really don't put so much time and effort, I have a office job that takes most of my time. You can check my blog for more info , I publish my earning reports each month .
this is huge for normal sites thus it is most likely not gonna happen at first however it may happen later
Anything is possible, you find enough targeted daily traffic and what's to stop you earning $1,000,000 a day nothing apart from the amount of people that visit your site.
