Where to upload free themes

    Which ones are the best websites to submit free themes (mainly wordpress) which have a link in the footer?

    btw: does google penalize you for footer links in site themes? :)

    You can share your templates in BlogSkins.com. It's a Free Blog Templates Community. Google won't penalize for putting links in the footer.

    my be you can tray " nattywp.com".

    And I think google won't penalize you for footer link.
