Is it allowed by Adsense, that I'll fill in details of someone else's bank account (for example a company's name and not my own) ? I need to transfer the funds to a company bank account, and not my personal bank account, and I would like to know if this is allowed, and I won't get warned/banned for it..? Thank you.
I am not sure about this, but I think that the bank account needs to be of the person whose name is registered at adsense. Like in Western Union payment options, only the person whose name is registered at adsense, can get the payment. Anyway, I think the best thing to do will be to contact adsense support. They will surely solve your problem.

So what is the point of the field "Account Holder Name:" in the form that creates a new bank account ? It seems that the purpose is to have the payment to different payee name. Am I wrong?
When I tried that option on my account, the "Account Holder Name" field was already filled in with my name (the "payee name" in my account) and could not be changed. I don't know if that varies in different countries, but in my account that isn't changeable without altering the payee name. According to the Adsense policies, personal accounts make payments in the name of individuals, and Business accounts make payments in the name of a company. By trying to get around the rules you risk not being able to receive any payments or even your account being disabled.
