I will be transferring my website, so you should have free transfer service.
I need NO-OVERSELLING and no RESELL but legitimate offer to me.
I need professional and long timer in webhosting service.

The hosting should support to run forum script. (phpbb3)

    I need at least:

    1GB Space
    50GB Bandwidth

    I need offers here. thanks.:)

You should just go with Hostgator, even though they oversell, you won't even notice it.

they limit mysql db connections to around 20 at a time I believe - much less than most others which isn't that great for Forums.

And I'm sure you'll notice once they suspend your account for using "too much resources" :)

It is quite easy to notice HostGator's overselling when running forum scripts.

Doesn't "Unlimited" mean your overselling? Yet you claim your not overselling.

It really depends on which one of their servers you get on. I ran a good 100 concurrent online for with no problems there and ran about 2TB b/w a month. They don't really care, as long as you don't have problems. Just tweak the forum script, then you'll be fine.

Ok, it is not really easy.
Some of those hosting sites are only reselling.

    Let's give another requirement.

    MUST OFFER MASTER RESELL..

At least, I am sure that they own the server.

lol really? master resellers are often the child of alpha master resellers and they may not own the servers - ask for the servers IP and Host name of the host and that'll tell you a lot more - most master resellers are worse than oversellers in the sense that they stay in business far shorter than oversellers - at least hostgator and all the other oversellers are still here - don't fool yourself.

    and good luck

Sites that offer master reseller accounts are usually sites that just want to push as many accounts into one server as possible, not a good idea, and the servers are generally very unstable. I thought you were going to go with HostFever, like we chatted, and I was going to move your account over but you never responded to me. Let me know if your still interested. Thanks!

so, how can I tell if they own the server and not just reselling it to me?

A good indication that servers are owned would be the selling of VPS's.

ask them about the server - such as port speed, ask for a hostname (usually resellers won't have their own hostnames), or just ask them if they are reselling - the point of a host is to stay honest, if they lie to you to get you to be a client then it'll tell you in the future whether you should stay with them or move out as soon as possible if you do find out they lied.

and it shouldn't matter whether the person has a reseller or a full dedicated server - you should work with people you can trust because if it's a 13 year old kid running 5 servers, it could be worse than a 25 year old with experience on a reseller account. You can't legally go after the 13 year old because he's a minor so there goes your money - you can't do anything there but with the 25 year old you can hold him responsible and go after your cash.

so my point is that you shouldn't pay much mind to what kind of a hosting account they have (dedicated, reseller, vps, etc.) - just pay attention to who is running the company.

    good luck
