MP3 search engine with 22k members - avg $120 /month adsense

Ok so this site is my baby. It's a little different to other MP3 search engines and has quite a few mods.
Please note before you bid that I will not accept anything lower then my set starting point and if I'm not happy with the price this site reaches I will not accept the final bid. The site is for sale but I do not need to sell it.

This is the main website, ranks fairly well and has pretty decent traffic, BUT there is a second part of this website.
The auction includes a sub website (you could call it) which is a Bebo App.

So as you can see you're getting 2 really good websites in one. All the App coding is included. I will also throw in the sourcepirate myspace account myspace.com/sourcepirate
But I cannot give the Bebo account out as I paid to have it advertised under the current account. But I will have the owner of the account give you ownership of the App on bebo.

Earning: The websites combined current earn me around $120 per month on average (only using adsense)
If I get a serious offer I will post proof of the earnings.

Server: Websites use average over 200gig bandwidth per month.

So the winner will receive:

• The domains - Namecheap
• The app and all source code for the website, psd and all (all vectors)
• Myspace account
• Your bebo account will gain ownership of the app
• All addons I have bought for the script
• I will help you set it up step by step on MSN

NOTE: YOU WILL NEED A LICENSE FROM x10media.com for the script (unless I can give you mine, dont know yet) I'll find out more.
I will also delete myself from the members database
Prefer people with high itrader and knowledge of setting up sites to make it easier on me.

You can't use Adsense on a mp3 website... you risk to be banned!

 

Google approved it. No MP3's are hosted, its only a search engine... therefor no different to the service that they themselves offer.

The adsense has been on there for over 2 years and I've checked with google a few times. Doesn't violate any TOS.

I've the same script on a my website and Google told me that I cannot use their ads on it.

there is a big list of mp3 s.e. banned from google . definitely not allowed.
