Paypal Problem - Unverified Premier ACC limited,please help

Hi,
I dont know what is the problem with paypal.
Ok I have someone with below 18years old
In his paypal acc balance 251$.
1)How can he know the age he set for his paypal acc?
He already forget that
2)How can the limitation lifted if he put below 18years old(I think no because paypal not allow that right?) or he put above 18years old but how can he get the limitation lifted?
Please help me

 

Once you change your age, definitely PayPal will ask for proof of age for verification, National ID Card copy or passport etc etc.

you can't bypass the limits without posting documents.

 

show all necessary documnet to paypal, this is the only way to lift limitation.

or try to contect with them on phone.

He said he can send the national ID but the Age maybe not matched with the age he reg with paypal.

Just go and check out the resolution center.
YOu will find there what they are asking from you.
You need to submit those documents and then your account will get resolved.

I know they ask for some documents but the problem is the acc holder is below 18.So if he submit National ID-Paypal will know right?

well you could try looking in the account settings of your account. you can view it through edit profile.

 

Well, ya vcc can solve this problem.
I also used it when my account was limited.

I think in profile there'd be the date of birth or age info, though i ain't sure.

Limitation can only be lifted when paypal is satisfied by the genuineness of the individual and so, there is no way out other than supplying the documents they have asked for.

There is no way VCC can help you resolve the limitation issue. It is just used for verification..and not for lifting limitations....imo

If the PayPal locked that account for any transactions, VCC is useless.

 

So is the problem here that he didnt register with his real info and now it got limited and you can't send proofs as they might be false?
