I have been working on 2 different blogs of mine for about 2 months now, and I'm wondering if it's actually possible for me to make a living off blogging? I have seen people talk about 1.5-2k a month in profits which comes out to about 24k a year (not very much). Ideally I would like to make anywhere from 6k-7.5k a month for about 80k a year. Probably a little high of expectation, but that's definitely an income I would be happy with the rest of my life. Do people actually make 70, 80, even 90k a month through internet marketing and blogging? How long would it take realistically to build up a profit like this?
Well sky is the limit ... there are people who make 100k/month Or take an exmple Mark from PlentyofFish.com makes 20k/day Your standards are high ... anyway i've earned for the past 4 years 1k-4k/month oscilates that's the internet and still my main income is freelancing ... as for websites pennies compared to freelancing ...
I would not quit your day job just yet. Work on your blog every day and make great content. If you keep up with that, keep marketing the blog, and stay up to date with the latest marketing methods and topics in your niche you should do fine. I have been running blogs for a few years now, but would never quit my main job to do just that as it does not make nearly as much money/time. Oh, also something people often overlook is that you must have passion for what you are writing about. If you just write to make money, no one will really be motivated by what you write and you will not get many dedicated website visitors. Also, you will probably get bored and stop updating your blog.
My 2 cents. If you have a clear plan, the skill sets and some seed money, you can hit this kind of earnings over 2 -3 years. Some people get lucky and get it faster.
Yes its possible but its harder now consider there are many already established blogger site outhere. Diversity will help you when you want earn $100k/month such as not doing blogging only but at the same time doing SEO service.
The main thing about blogging is producing excellent content. Content that will help people in one or another way. If you can do this, then it means your blog will get lot of traffic. And traffic is all we need to earn good money from Adsense. I cannot say if you can make 80K/Year or not, but if you think you can attract visitors to your blog via writing great content, then I guess everything is possible.
80 K? very difficult you should spend lot of money to promote yourself and have really great content.
Would be nice although there's more money in building up databases and selling those on _________________________________ resume services by itouch professional resumes for IT
80k per years is possible but of course you need to be very good. I believe 80% of the member make money online are earning less than 10k per years
You can achieve whatever you want if you have the dedication, skills and patience. It might take years or if you "pull a stunt" that is noticed by the media you could make it in months. There are many REAL cases of people making millions of dollars online just because they found what they love to do every day and never stop believing in their idea. Look at perezhilton for example, the guy is an idiot but he got noticed by the media and now he is worth at least a couple of millions thanks to his stupidity and the fact that he is dedicated to his blog. The same thing happens with serious people. Plentyoffish is a known example, but he had a great idea at the right time. It is mostly a matter of dedication and BUZZ! If you can generate the BUZZ you'll be making much more than 80K a year. The other option that has worked really well for us is to find good affiliate programs and market them, you can create a great steady income but it will also take time, knowledge and a lot of dedication.
Blogging can't make you a living. I am making more than $5k per month with 5 CPA programs.. is it enough for you to live?.. I purchased everything (house, cars, etc) through IM... $5k per can buy a class A honda civic here in Philippines..
actually 10k / year isn't that much... you could more than that if you earn a measly $5 / day .. and I am sure you could write 2-3 articles each day ... it all depends on how much work you want to put in... and what you do... my 2 pennies...
