    Hello there,

I just made a new portfolio website.. It's very simple and clean.

Click here! (With domain - Not sure if it works everywhere already.)

    What do you think?

    Thanks,
    Miquexia

Yes, it is nice and clean. I however felt that you should not have images of your work put straight up on the homepage. There must be some introduction first. After the introduction, you should clearly say something like ' Please view my work here '

It took me a while to understand what the website was about.

    Hope this helps.

I could add some introduction to the homepage yes. Great idea. Thanks ;)

Can anyone give any critism to the coding part of the website?

    Thanks.

You don't need the period after your name, also just a line underneath it "Web Design Portfolio" should be sufficient to introduce the concept. You need something going on while the images load, I suggest some sort of simple javascript animation since it can be done with a few small pics and loads very quickly. Here is an example of what I mean this of course much more than you need but see how quickly it starts. http://huduzu.trollnest.com

About the coding, all html! It would be much better to pull your portfolio from a database, but I am guessing you are not familiar with javascript, AJAX, php, or mysql?

Your domain have a lot of graphic things, not a problem for me actually but let's think about this, visitors judge your website on the first 3 seconds and then they decide to leave or stay.
You must put something attractive on the main page so they're interest.

Talking about introduction, I'm totally agreed with VivekMerani, he's right m8, put some introduction, just provide link that will redirect to your works

Very typical template with a lot of banners. Not impressed.

    Well that was helpful comment.

Simple is good. Means it's easy to follow. My one suggestion would be that the header section (Home, about, contact buttons and your name) are closer to the actual content of the page, where you work is located.

IU really like it, the background is so smooth, it's very pleasent for the eyes. Maybe you should try to make the corners of the gray area round, maybe it'll look cooler :)

Few things are lacking in your portfolio website:
    * Try to write a descriptive introduction or welcome page as About me and introduction is kinda same thing.
    * Try to describe your services on About me page
    * Make a sweet header/logo for your website.
    * Try to make a different page for all of your past work and show few recent works on the home page.
Hope its not funny and an honest review :)
    Thanks
    PHYza
