I need a sign design for my restaurant. The sign needs to be 13ft by 7.5ft . It has to say "Hemet Diner & Restaurant" Also somewhere in there" Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner" The town is mostly palm trees and mountains, so I want a sunset with the palm trees and the mountains and the name/logo in the middle. The sign will be on a busy street, so I need something simple that will catch the drivers' eyes. If I like the logo, I will order a business card design as well. The contest will end in 48 hours. Winner will be paid $200 via Paypal. I reserve the right to refuse the designs and end the contest. I will provide feedback for each design.
eq2730: This would be a good logo to put on a business card. I can't see this on a 13ft by 7.5 foot sign. First of all, it's transparent and there is a lot of empty space. I like the palm trees with the sun. But again, this won't work on a big outdoor sign.

Could you give more specific details. Accepted formats etc. Some one a few posts up suggested stricly vector format. Which has caught me off guard. I can't imagine you'd ever need to increase the size of the sign, given it's already massive, so I'm right in presuming that the Sign doesn't need to be in vector format? If so I will give it a shot. Granted my computer has enough CPU to survive such a large design. Please respond when you can OP.
