    I have also received this email. But believe me after registering to it I have never used this service provided by yahoo and i think same for all who have registered to it. So that might be the reason as it is not at all popular!

    But they don't wanted to sell, so they lost almost everything... it was more easy to creat ur own website so there was no need for geocities, that's why they're closing 360 (we have wp and others). They should focus on the portal...
