So what? Manchester United have real quality players who can beat any team in the world. Even Ronaldo's exit for Manchester United would be good for Football Club. We Manu fans are also happy to see out from Manchester United. We have still young players in team.
Well we shouldn't regert for it as we lost from best team and they were best on that day! We now need to focus on 2009/10 season.
No, I don't agree we lost t a better team. It just wasn't our day, and we lost but I don't accept that Barca was the better team. I'm still waitng in anticipation about impending transfers and how consequential they'll be for Man Utd, especially now that people think decisions will sway. Also, the betting angle is giving me sleepless nights. Things certainly did take unexpected turns. In the meantime, FA cup has been dealt with and Chelsea emerge victorious. With Evertons super fast start, I was quite hopeful that they would claim the title, but alas. So, now we wait for the Community Shield to see Man Utd and Chelsea start kicking. Wonder what will have changed by then as far as team lineup is concerned.
Over here that would be like the Yankees losing. Tough loss but I'm sure they will be in the running for the championship next year.
Yes if you not perform on that day they you need to accept the lost. Yes I too hoping for some changes in Manchester United line up and this shocking lost is enough for Fergi to make a good team win UCL title once again before he retire.
Yes, we lost because of tactical mistakes, inability to use Rooney to optimum capacity, weak midfield with no attack and expecting Ronaldo to make all the strikes.
Yes and I don't know what Fergi was thinking on that day. They were playing UCL final but Carling Cup.
We didn't deserve to lose but have to do better next season. I wonder what Fergusson actually intended with his lineup? Any clue regarding what was the intention? This final was almost played with the same intent as the FA Cup semi final, almost as though the game was meant to be lost. Surely 2 games that weren't managed well
Cmon guys! It was fair that MU lost!!it would have been too much for them to win CL 2 times in a row!
Yes, it's like the Yankees losing and you're spot on, we'll be back fighting for the league title again. It would have been brilliant to win the CL twice in a row, I mean that would have set the target higher and everyone would envy Man Utd. I guess Chelsea was lucky. No hard feelings, they played till the end and did bag a title. For all the Man Utd fans, I strongly feel this was the year we could have taken EPL, CL, and FA Cup. Just didn't fall in place at the end
What is going on with football, I think fans are going to die of a heart attack. As if the Champions League loss wasn't enough rumors regarding Ronaldos transfer have come true. Transfer fee: more than 131 million dollars Imagine that. Yes, people are always commenting on Ronaldo's tactics but imagine hm gone. Now they have Kaka too. So a few serious issues: Where does Man Utd see themselves this season? Will Tavez still leave? Will Man Utd win EPL again? Will this be Real Madrids resurrection?
I don't think so anything hapen which you mention. United is not one men team and people thinks that Ronaldo was a key then they are wrong, United won title because of their defence and Vida was key for United sucess rather then Ronaldo.
True that man utd is not a one man team but Ronaldo will certainly be missed. Who will replace the winger and who can we expect to score those much needed goals. Relegation isn't a concern but it may just be a bit tough to gain supremacy at the EPL because the new team may just take a while to settle in and lose out on crucial points at the start of the season.
