You're going to get something that wont be maintained very well, for it is coming from a country that certainly doesn't really care about warez linking, or care enough to put restrictions on its content on a server. And since you're looking for the cheapest, that means you're gonna get the cheapest quality generally. Remember you are what you eat.. ehh same metaphor can be applied to, you get what you pay for? I dont think you need a dedi juz for wareez linking.. most of offshore hosting already offer warez linking.. some vpses do allow warez hosting.. Tell me why do you need a dedi..
Why not try a reseller from: www.santrex.net If you get successful go for a VPS, if you really made good profits look at going for a Dedi..., its pointless jumping into an Ocean so deep & dangerous ! lol Regards, JatSim

True, but not soo true ! lol Well if you are looking for a VPS from Santrex, they have great offers, but their support and reliability is Horrid !!! When it comes to Resellers, mind u not Master Resellers or Alpha something lol.. they are just NOT worth the money !, Reseller on the other hand cost only $6/mth, for a beginner to start an Offshore firm and build on thats a perfect price to pay; once you have out grown the Reseller, then move onto proper companies/datacenters with a VPS..., finally look at going for a Dedi, remember Dedi comes last... unless you have a planned and trialed aim/ambition ! REMEMBER SANTREX HAS NO REFUND POLICY ! THATS BULL... but hey they are fairly cheap and fairly reliable when it comes to Resellers, as i HAD a China & France Reseller for 3 months, provided Free Offshore hosting, the servers were rubbish, just could not handle enough load and the uptime was horrid, since the service was free, i advised my clients to take a full backup of all their data and that i was gonna close the offshore nodes.
