I wasn't referring to the bombings, I was referring to cultural clashes, like the rise in support for the BNP and NF.

Do you think that the rise in support for the NF and BNP is a direct result of the poor behavior of the Islamic refugees in Britain?

Who would you say has attracted more voters to the BNP, Nick Griffin or Anjem Choudary?

It's a mixture of our government ignoring us natives, giving welfare to all which we simply cannot afford, the media's stirring by concentrating on immigrant crime and natural group psychology.

I wouldn't say it's because of their behaviour, it's the fact that they're here, there are a lot of them and more are coming in all the time whilst the government say and do absolutely nothing. At least in America they pretend to care with border patrol, we don't have that. We have Customs scanning the odd lorry. I personally know a few Albanian illegal immigrants. They came here when they were in their mid-teens on the back of lorries. They were given foster parents, went to school, some have jobs while others attend the same university I do, they're pleasant people.

I know that a lot of people in my city are resentful because there are entire streets have only foreign food shops and the like, and more are becoming like that. It may not be a big deal for Americans because their country is so huge, but England isn't.

The other week there was a national news story about how a large company put all its workers on leave, who happen to be English, and hired Polish workers to work cheaper while living on boats. People went on strike for a while.

It's not personal, we're angry with our government and the media don't help.

So you think that falafel is a bigger issue for the average Briton than mass murder?

No offense man, but British food sucks. Decent food choices may be the largest contribution made by immigrants to Britain. :D

The average Briton is an idiot. That may sound harsh, but it's true. Food's not the problem, "white-flight" is.

I'm proud to be of heritage (Northern, mind ;)) who couldn't care less about fancy food and dishes - who cares about that nancy stuff? :D I eat for nutrition: fish, meat, nuts, complex carb., veg, fruit and creatine :p

    As opposed to McDonald's eh?

Funny coming from an American, who I assume has never lifted anything more than his mouse ;)

Mia, the water weight gain is temporary, do more research - I doubt elite athletes are wrong. It supplies more energy to muscular groups during workouts and over time alters vertebrates' pain threshold.

Jealously is a sad, sad thing men :p

Odd... I'm in the Gym every day, as are most of the friends I know. I can lift a bit more than a mouse, not that anyone would every have the need to lift something that kinda rolls/floats.

Research? I use it. Its a fact. You retain water. What do you think helps supply healing to the muscles? Might want to do your own research ;-)

The whole idea is to speed healing. In my experience its not supplied me with energy. Its supplied my muscles with a faster healing/recovery time - legally and safely.

Whey protein on the other hand has supplied me with a boost in energy and mass, as well as nasty ass farts... I've been off that for a while.

Sounds like that "jealousy" thing Brum was talking about...

Nice to see you jumping in there Mia, seeing as I was referring to Obamanation.

My routine at the moment demands energy, especially as long cardeo-vascular exercise is regular, I'm not sure of your progress, but that's you. I have a nice tub of chocolatey whey protein ready after my Creatine phases ;)

While I may retain more water, it has other effects too. I don't take it in its pure form. I mix it with other supplements too. Legal and safe, of course.

Why would you ever want to stop something that gave you the ability to fart at will? Thats the scent that really brings the girls in.

Personally, I haven't had to lift anything more than a mouse for a long time, mostly because my current employment does not require me to. I don't eat McDonalds, not because of the fat content, but because they are such a bunch of racists ;).

Depends on what is in use specifically. I mix cardio in here and there but focus more on lifting atm. Chest one day, then bi's/tri's, then back and shoulders, and I mix legs in about 3-4 days a week.

The farting was an unexpected side affect. They are nasty... So bad in fact, you cannot stand your own... The friggin dog hated me. Why take it? I was interested in gaining weight.

    Not according to these people:
    • Merab Morgan lost 37lbs by eating at McDonalds three times a day for 90 days.
    • Chris Coleson lost 80lbs in six months on a similar McDonaldsdiet.
    • Soso Whaley lost 18lbs in two months on her own McDonads diet.

    British cusine is good
    - Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding
    - Bangers and mash
    - Shepherds' pie

But I still need my corned beef & cabbage, mulligan stew and scones.

I don't take any of that crap. I think its a load of crap that people take to feel better about themselves. I took protein, creatin, and something else while I wasdeployed and going to the gym all the time. It didn't do anything for me so I stopped.

I currently run 5-8 miles every other day. I lift at the gym quite a bit. I also eat mcdonalds or taco bell on a daily basis :D

For the record, I like british food. Lots of meat thrown in just about everything. I'm from texas. We like meat. Potatoes, and corn in everything. What has that? Shephards pie!
