Oh I see. Microsoft is actually using Silverlight which you have to download to see the banner. Anyway, I need a banner that has "panels". When you hover your mouse over it the panels open to fill the entire page. There should be some short text and one should be able to click on the open panel to be taken to a page that has the content.
