Earnings from adsense

Hey guys, I have a question about adsense revenue. My boss has real estate niche site he pays me really less... I was wondering how much he earns from that site given that pageviews per month are above 100000 and 22000 visitors and 17000 unique visitors Targeted audience are indians and the adsense ads are from india also

 

maby he bought a traffic .. if yes just stop..

 

i am sure that its not bought.. its all organic traffic

 

Do you have the site name? How old is his site?

 

i cant tell the name but its a real estate portal and site is 4 years old

 

100k pageviews = around 5k clicks (CTR is always around 5%). If one click is around 10-15 cents, the monthly revenue is around 500-600$.
