the design take 4/10 the white heading with sky color background make it hard to see the heading text

As far a SEO goes this was posted in the Website review and not the SEO review but here are a few things you may want to consider. *Add title tags to your text links to help with accessibility. *Add a robots.txt and sitemap.xml file. *You have an canonicalization issue that needs fixing. *Add text under your images and link from the text. *Love the blog but it needs more post *The link at the bottom "Advertise" opens in same window. Make this open a new window so it does not take people away from your site. Over all nice work.
Well done, add more content, you can't just sit and wait your visitors increase if your contents is limited in quantity, also if possible, make your thumbnail smaller, not all visitors have fast connection, especially when you mave thousand of thumnails to load.
